How We Work

We help organisations identify where AI can create genuine value, design practical workflows around those opportunities, and support teams to adopt them safely.

The ID10T method

Start small. Prove value. Scale what works.

  1. 01
    Understand

Map the real workflow, constraints, data, and risk before touching a tool.

Decision: what is the actual problem?
  2. 02
    Explore

Find technically sound, achievable, and reversible opportunities.

    Decision: is AI useful here?
  3. 03
    Experiment

Run a bounded pilot and measure it against agreed outcomes.

    Decision: proceed, revise, or stop?
  4. 04
    Evolve

Scale evidence, establish guardrails, and transfer capability.

Decision: can your team own it?
Non-negotiables

Principles that change how we deliver.

  • People first.
  • Creativity first.
  • Human judgement remains central.
  • Privacy and IP by design.
  • Use the least-sensitive data required.
  • Do not automate a broken process.
  • Start with reversible experiments.
  • Measure outcomes, not novelty.
  • Scale only after evidence.
  • Build capability alongside technology.

Responsible AI inside a creative production business.

DISCOVERY IN PROGRESS

We're currently working with a long-established Australian creative production company — active across television, film, podcasts, and publishing for close to three decades — to map where AI can responsibly support their creative and operational workflows.

This is early-stage discovery work: no pilot has shipped yet, and client details remain confidential by agreement. What we can share is the approach — the same four-phase method above, applied with the same privacy-first principles.
